I’m going to clean my room at 7:30, then I’m gonna shower & wake up for a two hour walk tomorrow at 5:00 am. By 8:00 I’ll be doing my homework for pretty much the whole day and my breaks will consist of dancing or pilates.
Important rule of weight loss - plan every single minute of the day so that you don’t have time to eat and you have time to exercise.
How every fat person pays for diet pills and trainers and magic diet plans & stuff that claim to be the “secret to weight loss.” And when it doesn’t work they’re like, why is there still fat on my body? But I mean, really everyone knows the secret to weight loss. It’s fucking diet and fucking exercise. If you wanna lose weight fast, restrict like crazy and work out. If you wanna do it slow, lose two pounds a week, fine.
But everyone should just stop looking for a short cut. Like honestly, “nothing works for me” - it’s like, yeah I’m so sure you have a magically slow metabolism. Or “omg I don’t know, I can eat a salad and I still gain weight.” Really bitch. Really. I’ve never seen you eat a fucking vegetable. Like, ugh seriously. Skinny girls aren’t “lucky” for the most part, just controlled.
So stop pretending not to know the secret to weight loss and just fucking do it.
